Key Security

We know that we carry a great responsibility to keep your keys safe and secure. We code our keys with a number only and do not make duplicates without permission. Our safe and secure coding system prevents anyone from linking the key back to the client.

We require two keys to be provided at the initial interview. One key will be carried by our pet care provider and one will be held at our office. Keys held by the office are stored in a lock box separated from our service contracts and other client information. Our office is also protected 24x7 by ten dogs who would lick put off any intruders!

The provision of a second key ensures that if an emergency arises with your pet care provider, another member of our team can continue caring for your pet(s).

With your key on-hand we would be able to step in and care for your pets in an emergency situation, such as a lat minute trip or hospitalization of you or your family.

If you prefer not to use our safe key service, a pickup and drop off charge of $10 will be added each time the key is collected.
